Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat
does a Naturopath do? Naturopaths
look at people health from a natural health prospective.
We look at the whole person, your physical, emotional
sides. We ask
questions, to discover why the body is out of balance.
We discuss your eating habits and look at your stress
levels. Our consultations are structured to ensure that you have time to tell your history. No 10 minute appointments here! What
does a consultation at the Energy
Health Clinic involve? Consultations
general last for one hour sometimes a little longer.
You will be asked questions about your medical history,
general health and lifestyle. Iridology
(eyes), nail, tongue and urine diagnostics may be used.
Other testing services and referrals will be arranged if
required. What
happens then? Recommendations
will then be suggested and a treatment plan developed and
designed to suit your health needs. This may include
combinations of dietary advice, herbs and supplements.
Sometimes, this may also include relaxation or wellness
programs and bodywork. On your following
appointment we review your situation and tailor your
treatment plan further if required. At
the Energy
Health Clinic,
these are individual treatment plans for your wellness
journey. You are always welcome to discuss any concerns
that you have. Do
you need to be unwell to see a Naturopath? No
you don’t need to be unwell. Lots of people come for
wellness checks or for one of the health programs or
services offered. Some people come to the clinic ear
candling only. What
about children’s health issues? Children are very welcome at this clinic. Children respond very well to the range of Homeobotanical remedies. And they are very easy to give to children as they only need drop dosages. |
